2008 Men's Retreat April 4-6

Worship Leader for 2008 will be The Tim Purcell Band comprised of local Christian musicians.

The Servants Heart Band will play for the Saturday night concert.

Dr. Jim Cecy Key Speaker for 2008 Retreat

Dr. Jim Cecy ~ Bio

We are excited to have Dr. Jim Cecy as the 2008 Conference speaker. Dr. Cecy and his wife of 34 years, Karon, currently reside in Fresno, California. Jim currently serves as Senior Pastor – Teacher at Campus Baptist Church near the Fresno State Campus.

He is the founder and President of Jaron Ministries International, a training ministry for Christian leaders in the U.S. and abroad, from 1990 thru present.

Dr. Cecy earned his B.A. from San Jose State University in Speech – Communications. He later went on to earn his Master of Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary in Bible Exposition. In 1992 he earned his Doctorate from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary, Doctor of Divinity.

Dr. Cecy is a Viet Nam Veteran serving in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Kitty Hawk from 1969 thru 1971.

Jim has served in many Pastoral capacities over the years. He is currently referred to as a “Pastor’s Pastor”, meaning a mentor, teacher and friend to many Pastors in the U.S. and abroad.

Jim is a highly effective conference and seminar speaker in the U.S and abroad.
